申请条件

　　1.学历生项目

　　（1）品德良好，愿意遵守中国的法律、法规及西安文理学院校纪校规，尊重我国的社会公德和风俗习惯；

　　（2）年龄18--30周岁，身体健康，符合国家颁布的“外国来华留学生健康检查标准”，相当于中国高中毕业持有外国有效护照的公民；

　　（3）汉语水平达到HSK四级，未达到要求者,可以先申请我校的汉语语言培训，参加汉语水平考试（HSK）。

　　2.非学历生项目

　　（1）品德良好，愿意遵守中国的法律、法规及西安文理学院校纪校规，尊重我国的社会公德和风俗习惯；

　　（2）年龄18--60周岁，身体健康，符合国家颁布的“外国来华留学生健康检查标准，相当于中国高中毕业持有外国有效护照的公民；18周岁以下的申请者需提供陕西省内监护人信息。

　　1. Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens with a valid ordinary-type passport

　　2. The general health state and learning ability of the applicant should be good enough for him/her to pursue the course of study at XAU

　　3. Applicants should respect Chinese habits and customs, are willing to abide by both Chinese laws& regulations and the rules of XAU

　　4. Chinese proficiency of the applicant should meet the language requirements regarded to programs

　　申请办法

　　1.访问西安文理学院国际交流处网站(http://iecd.xawl.edu.cn/)，下载并填写《西安文理学院国际留学生入学申请表》

　　2.有效普通护照和相关学历证书、护照尺寸照片的扫描件或复印件（电子版），请注意：

　　a．所有申请材料均须提交一式两份；材料不全者，我校不予受理；

　　b.未满18岁时，需提供家长委托书、无犯罪记录证明（需翻译成中文，并在本国公证）；还需提供陕西省内监护人信息；

　　c.除上述材料外，我校有权要求申请者提交其他必要的申请材料。

　　注：申请人在申请时需要提交的材料如下

　　（1）西安文理学院国际留学生入学申请表；

　　（2）有效护照扫描件；

　　（3）学历证书扫描件；

　　（4）成绩证明扫描件（本科学历生）；

　　（5）HSK证书扫描件（本科学历生）；

　　（6）无犯罪记录证明扫描件

　　3.申请人持我校寄发的录取通知书、JW202表、体检表和其他相关材料到所在国家的中国使领馆申请办理学习签证（X签证），然后按规定时间来校报到，并缴纳注册费、学费。

　　注：对于第一次来西安的新生，我校可负责免费接机、接站，但需至少提前20天通过电子邮件或传真，将个人的航班号、火车车次以及到达时间通知国际交流处，以便安排迎接。

　　Application Procedure:

　　1. Visit the website(http://iecd.xawl.edu.cn/) to download and fill in the XAU Application Form for International Student

　　2.Provide digital photocopies or scans of valid regular passport, diploma of highest degree conferred and passport-sized photo, please note that:

　　a. All application materials should be submitted one set for each, applicants without complete application materials will not be processed;

　　b. Applicants who are not 18 years old must submit a Letter of Entrustment entrusted by parents and a Letter of Good Conduct. (Both of the two paper documents must be translated into Chinese and legally notarized in your country); the information of guardians in Shaanxi province should also be provided;

　　c. Supplementary application documents maybe required when necessary.

　　Application materials:

　　（1）XAU Application Form for International Student;

　　（2）scanning copies of Passport;

　　（3）scanning copies of academic certificates;

　　（4）scanning copies of certificate of achievements;

　　（5）scanning copies of HSK certificate (undergraduate);

　　（6）scanning copies of no criminal record

　　Students admitted to XAU may apply for your visa at the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your country with your letter of admission, JW202form, medical examination and other related materials, and then register on campus at scheduled time and pay for registration fee and tuition.    

　　Notes: International Exchange Office of XAU will offer free pickups for newly-enrolled international students, which requires a notification of your flight or train number and arrival time at least 20 days in advance via e-mail or fax.
